Where are the Banner handouts or videos?

Okay, for those of you who are having trouble finding the Banner training handouts/videos here they are:

1. PDF paper guide (444k) you can download and print

2. Banner web flash videos (must have high speed Internet connection such as DSL or Cable modem or access from on campus so you can view them)

Macintosh Users – If you have trouble opening a Banner roster file, then watch the following flash video that demonstrates how to rename the file before opening it in Excel.
