Gloria (Glo) Baltz retires….

Glo Baltz retires the end of this month after 15 years with the College, 13 which have been with the FRC. She has worked with so many of you individually over the years from her early days in Word Processing to training and tutoring teachers interested in using PageMaker, Micrograde, WebCT Vista, Adobe Photoshop and now Moodle. (If I listed everything she’s accomplished, this post would take the entire page.) Now, she gets to do some other things that she enjoys such as teaching her grandkids piano, working with her dogs, and who knows… maybe even tutoring folks at Santa Maria’s new public library if she gets the inclination. All I know is that we have been so fortunate to have her here at the College and will miss her in the days ahead.
