Faculty Development
Programs

growth is the self-regulated, continual intellectual and skill
development of faculty. SBCC has a variety of activities in which
faculty members can participate, e.g., flex activities, work in
the gateway courses, participate as a mentor or mentee for other
less experienced faculty.
